Daniella is the heart and soul of our front of house operations. Her love for food and hospitality was instilled by her mother and father, and she embodies the spirit of Italian family tradition. As the driving force behind our restaurant, Daniella ensures that every guest feels welcome and that every dining experience is seamless and enjoyable. She makes everything happen, just as many Italian women have done through generations.

Daniele's culinary passion also began in his childhood, nurtured by his mother and grandmother. In the U.S., he embraced NY-style pizza and Italian American cuisine, working alongside Daniella’s family and Lalo. Daniele is particularly passionate about combining authentic southern Italian recipes with modern culinary approaches. His specialties include homemade fresh mozzarella, stracciatella, and innovatively crafted pizzas.

Lalo started his culinary career with the Testino family, quickly becoming known for his meticulous attention to detail, speed, and cleanliness. Passionate about food, he brings a dynamic energy to the kitchen, constantly striving for perfection. Lalo's favorite dishes to cook infuse classic techniques with innovative flavors, reflecting his dedication to culinary excellence.
