Our roots trace back to the picturesque town of Corato in the region of Puglia, Italy—a place renowned for its bountiful vineyards and olive groves. The journey of our family began with Daniella's father, a pioneering spirit in the Italian restaurant scene in New Jersey. With a dream that started in the early 1960s, he opened his first pizzeria in Hackensack, NJ. His dedication and passion for authentic Italian cuisine fueled his success, allowing him to own, operate, and eventually sell a series of successful restaurants across the state. His establishments helped introduce the rich flavors of Southern Italy to an entire generation.
